The training phase is a pivotal element of our MAP4Fostercare project, directly aligned with our primary objectives of creating new upskilling pathways and enabling adult learners to enhance their key competencies. This work package emphasizes mentorship as a form of continuous learning, promoting local learning centers and innovative learning spaces.
The training package is designed to develop and deliver theoretical content across several key areas identified during the research phase. These theoretical modules will be accessible on our project website in both English and the national languages of our partners, ensuring that our target audience can easily benefit from the resources. Our focus on user-friendly digital tools aims to facilitate access for as many people as possible.
